有机合成实训室是工程系基础实验室之一，一次可同时容纳50名左右的学生进行实验。主要承担制药专业、食品专业、精细化学品生产技术专业的药物合成和有机化学、精细化学品生产等实验课。

实训室拥有电烘箱、抽滤装置、机械搅拌装置、电热套、水浴锅、精细化学品合成等多套仪器，为教学和科研提供了良好的实验条件。

有机合成实训室可开出的实验有：有药物合成实验、基础有机化学实验（包括综合性实验），有机合成实验、精细化工实验和验证实验等。

基本满足药物合成、有机化学、精细化学品生产等实验教学的需要。
